Lol what? Well pretty much i am new to the whole tracking calories and all of that...so people have been talking about using a good scale to help out.

Eyelashes.... Story behind them...i cut them half way in second grade because they were so long and i was being picked on...went home..chopped them off, and now they are even longer...IDK but yeah lol

As much as I get tired of boxing some days, you just have to get up off your behind and do it. Put it in your mind YES I CAN! You can do it, heres why.....About a year ago i weigh closed to 220...if not more. Now i weigh 167, but thats because i get the munchies at night..LOL and i do fasting....YOU CAN DO IT !

Thats funny, i weigh 220 and lost over 60 pounds, currently i weigh about 167. But im trying to go down to 154! I did it in about 4 5 months!
