I was on birth control for a few years and it helped everything from my pain, to my mood, and cravings. I thought about getting back on.

I struggle to stay motivated. I’ll start off strong but I’ll quickly get discouraged (had no support system, and constant humiliation) and revert back to old habits instead of using it to motivate me.
