Me! I've been on mapmyfitness for a while now and lost about 3.5 stones since Xmas last year. I do marathons and triathlons slowly because I enjoy it. Using this app helps me concentrate on eating a proper diet.

My recovery week usually consists of a light swim maybe once or twice and a couple of walks. Then I get straight back to it with a brief build up. I find it's nice to do something else instead.
