I have been eating less than 1100 calories a day and exercising. I feel better. I will get on the scale when the challenge is over

I’m in. However, I find when I get on the scale every day it drives me crazy. My starting weight is 137.8. I think in 10 days I should be able to lose 4 lbs. I will post that I stayed under my calorie goal and exercised every day. At the end of 10 days I will weigh myself and see if it made a difference.

I’m 43. I want to lose 20 lbs as well. I weigh 137.8. I’m choosing to do some form of exercise 7 days a week. Counting calories/staying under 1200 a day.

Lost one lb. this week. I wanted to lose two lbs. The holidays are a difficult time to lose when everyone is giving me junk food and there are so many holiday parties. I did swim almost every day. I'm feeling stronger.

I did not do well in April. I vacationed for Spring Break. I ate whatever I wanted. I gained four pounds. I want to exercise 6 days a week and eat healthy in May. Anyone want to join me? My goal is to lose 5 lbs. 129 to 124.
