My goals are 1. Lose 60 lbs by the end of 2017 2. Eat healthier and cook healthier 3. Stick to at least 4 work outs per week 4. Hubby and I want to conceive baby #2 in the fall/winter of 2017 and I want to have a healthy body and fit pregnancy.

I am worried about all the food. My husbands family does a feast type dinner on the 24th and my family does a very rich in fats dinner (prime rib, potatoes, greenbeans+bacon, cake, cocktails) on the 25th. I have 100+ to lose. I'm really trying to do it right this time. In the past I have dieted and excersized, lost 25-30 lbs and stopped, thinking, "that's good enough for now" just to gain it all back then some. I'm tired of feeling tired and I want to change, so I'd love to have people to talk to and share with (:

Hi, I have pcos as well and I have had issues with my weight since i was a kid. I've always been over weight but it's gotten out of hand since I became pregnant in 2013, after baby i just kept gaining. I've recently started to take charge and I am trying to get healthy and lose this weight :) good luck to you!
