I've always had man tits. But my rate of gain was like 1 to 2 ppunts per week. And I have gained so much! I can bench squat and just lift twice as much. But since my chest is getting bigger my chest is just being more boob like.

I don't know if anyone's on here anymore BUT I weigh 190 now! Downfall is I think I have man tits/ puffy nipples. Any advice?

But if I eat like that wont i get fatter? Or do i have no choice to get fatter or not if i want to get bigger? If i do follow this eating thing? what do I do when i want to get all that fat off of me? keep eating that and just run? or eat just protein or?

To be honest. I have no idea. I need help with what to eat. how much to eat. I dont know how the *kitten* people are able to eat 3500 calories a day. And afford it. unless im just stupid and dont know haha HELP.

I lift pretty hard and getting a little bigger but its never like oh your gaining muscle, keep going. No its like youre getting bigger and alittle stronger but i dont look like...
