I'm not sure if you're still around since 6 days have past and you haven't been back here but none the less, here's my 2 cents. Sometimes we're fixed on a number to lose, weight wise, to achieve our desired weight, however the reality will always been seen with your eyes. I think too many people cut weight and do not…

Half of that goal is possible if you are not hitting your legs at all. If you're all upper body, gaining another 10lbs from the waist down will be easy since you haven't done anything with legs, especially if you haven't been doing deadlifts. Are you wanting to add 33 pounds of muscle by March 1st? If you really never…

How many calories are you eating daily? What's your Macros? You will need to eat a lot throughout the day and planning your meals for the week will be helpful. I'm 194 with 15% BF and I'm cutting up trying to land at 12% BF and 185 pounds. When I'm adding weight I plan for the whole week and I eat more than I burn in…

What's going to be different in 2017 to help you have a better balance with your business and your health journey? Frank

Fact...most people gain their weight back on because they do not change their habits. Phentermine will work but unless your behavior changes with food, you'll gain all or more back within a few months. Good luck. Frank

Hi Courtney! Your statement about food is spot on, unless you get your diet in check, seeing a PT 5 days a week won't do anything but lighten your bank account. Do you plan your meals per day? Are you logging the calories to take in daily? Can you get yourself a fitness watch to help determine the amount of calories you're…

Agreed, Trails are better and more fun to be honest. Frank

Either way, this guy is really fit (low BF) and even if his results are off .5-1%, it won't make much of a difference, look wise. Frank

It all depends on how many calories you're taking in still vs what you're burning....No one can really tell you yes or no, we all have different Metabolism. Log your calories on this app per day and if you have a fitness watch you'll see how many calories you're burning and it'll be easy to maintain. If you don't have a…

Have you tried lifting straps? Frank

First thing in the morning do the 7 point calculator and it's never going to be 100% perfect. That being said superman, you're at 7% BF plus or minus about 1-1.5%, I wouldn't worry to much about that unless you're going into a bodybuilding contest. Frank
-
Agreed...the 7 point calculation is more accurate. Frank

I have the Garmin Vivoactive HR and it's great. It has GPS and an active HRM 24/7. The HRM works great for running, working out and cross fit, there's a slight delay. However this watch has an option to wear a chest strap, most don't with an active HRM. I had the Blaze and took it back after a week. HRM isn't that accurate…

First off, anyone making fun of you are just *kitten*... Secondly, get your diet in check, that's the single most important element to losing weight. What's your goal? How much did you want to lose? What's your daily calorie intake per day? No need to run IMO either. At your weight it'll be bad for your knees and back. Buy…

How do you add? Frank

I've had 3 Lumbar Microdiscectomy surgeries and recovery was terrible. You're doing it right by losing weight prior to surgery, recovery will be easier. Good luck! Frank

How do you add? Frank

Thanks brother! I used to be in the fitness industry so I know a thing or two... ;) That being said, I want to really get to 10% BF by April and my diet needs to get better for that to happen. Frank

Many great points have been said throughout this post... BMR is just a formula to help you figure out your TDEE. I know my TDEE cuz I use a Garmin fitness watch throughout the day and during my exercises, so there is no need for me to look at BMR. It can be that simple. Frank

First and foremost, you look great, secondly, cellulite effects most of us during our lifetime. You're fairly thin and this appears to be more of a genetic condition. Added some more muscle to your thighs and butt and this will may help, I'll seen it. Do not waste your money on creams. That being said, there's a procedure…
