The struggle is real.
-
I tried spotify once...I had issues. Maybe it's because I'm old LOL
-
Seriously, I think it's reading my mind and doing it on purpose. Such a jerk!
-
Now I want to read the Hopper story!!!

I take a 30 min walk at lunch every day. It might be partly boredom from sitting at a computer all day, but my stomach feels hungry all day. I drink between 80 and 120 oz of water daily. At home I'm running around and don't really think about food.

I do! But I'm not even kidding when I say they refuse to play a couple of songs very often. They played one of the ones I've been dying to hear this morning and I realized it's been about a month since I last heard it.

I maintain my fall/winter weight of 135 without logging, but even with eating pretty much what I want, I'm still hungry at work...that's eating approximately 2400 cals/day. It's weird, because I can be at home and barely eat and be fine. I've never thought there could be a medical reason, so I'll look into getting the test…
-
That's how I felt the first time I tried them!

Best time of day is the time that works for your schedule. I'm at the gym at 4:45 a.m. because I don't have time the rest of the day.
-
Depends?

Head to the mall and try them all on. All of them. Seriously, jeans are pretty much the devil for everyone, no matter their size or shape. I have a 26" waist and 38" hips and the only jeans I've found that fit me are Gap curvy fit...but it took a lot of trying on to figure that out. Good luck!
-
That's my issue as well.

This is exactly why I've tried higher fat, lower carb. I can't afford to go to the doctor, these high deductible plans are killing me! I had to pay $200 out of pocket just to see a doctor just to get a prescription for migraine meds.
-
Yup, Hal Higdon all the way. I've used his plans for half and full marathons.
-
It's a completely personal choice. I work out fasted because otherwise I will throw up.
-
I use ropes as a component of my training because it'they're really heavy and tiring. For example: 5 rounds of 30 sec each Battle ropes Wall balls Pushups Box jumps Handstand pushups Squats
-
I run, do Crossfit, gymnastics, parkour, and yoga to prep.
-
YouTube. That's where I found a bunch.

I'm never really hungry on the weekends, so it's really just during the week I have an issue. I work out at 4:45 a.m. so I feel compelled to have a protein shake soon thereafter. I feel like maybe that sets me up to be hungry all day. When I do my long run on Sunday mornings, usually I'll just have a coffee after and then…
-
I'm definitely finding that as well. Frustrating!

Opened up my diary. I do around 1g/lb for protein 125g (25%), fat is around 100g (45%), and carbs I upped to 150g (30%). Most of my food is meat, veggies, and fats with some fruit and starches.

Crossfitter here. I love watching the CF Games!

My mom has RA. Was diagnosed about 20 years ago and tries to stay active. She recently started seeing a physical therapist who is helping her out with exercises, especially lifting.
-
Depends on what you want for style and functionality. Alta is more bracelet-like and has slightly less functionality. The Charge is more fitness bandy and has more exercise-related options.
-
I do obstacle course racing, so my training reflects that. Sun: long run Mon: gymnastics/parkour Tue: Crossfit Wed: yoga/rest Thu: sprints or hill run Fri: Crossfit Sat: yoga/rest
-
I gained 25 lbs and was back to prepregnancy weight within six weeks.
-
I'd probably log it as circuit training.
-
Definitely OCRs. First one of the year for me is in three weeks!
-
I'm similar...eat about 2200 cals/day to maintain. I run, do Crossfit, and practice yoga. ETA I'm 5'6" and 125 lbs

Switching to a 3-day full body routine, you'll actually be doing more work (ie hitting all your muscles three times a week instead of once or twice). Gains will not be lost.
