Yes you can. I find planning ahead and pre logging really help me. Ok sometimes I don't stick to the plan and have to make changes, but it stops me getting caught short and having to grab something unhealthy to eat with not being prepared.

I can shift weight no bother without exercise, but it does mean eating only 1200kcal a day for me. I will loose 1 1/2 to 2lb a week eating at that amount. I'm vegan and eat a lot more than veggies and fruit, and whilst I agree meat has good nutrients in it, so does many plant based foods. You can be healthy being an omnivore or vegan. Hi, my goal loss is also to loose 20kg in 5 months..........a holiday is my motivation and wanting to wear a bikini on the beach and by the pool. Also going to give veganuary a go, with the hope to sticking to it longer term.
