Woke up at 4am looked outside raining, back to bed with a book, 5am looked outside still raining ate breakfast back to bed with a book 5:39 The cat wants to go to get up still raining got up and dressed and ran 4 9:00 minute miles. I run the beach by my house twice a week. Its a five mile run with a huge hill at the end. I usually walk up the hill due to back and knee issues. My goal is by June 30th I want to be able to run up the hill.

two NSVs 1) my running friends noticed that I had lost weight 2) I was able to keep up with them for the whole 13.2 miles and I wasn't completely exhausted at the end, I could have probably run another 2 miles.

hi, I'm an injured marathon runner so I pool run 2-3x per week. hi, I fall all the time usually at least one fall during a marathon season, two seasons a year. I have probably had a least 20 falls with skinned and knees and hands . I have been told it is because I run on my toes and because I am tall this makes me unsteady and more likely to fall. I haven't had any breaks or tears just…

If you are going to use gels try different brands to find one you like. I personally don't like the taste of Gu. As a previous poster said Carb Boom is good. When I take gels I like the salted carmel flavour I use them when I do long runs, one gel after every five miles.
