Great results ladies!! Starting weight 144 lbs October 7 143 lbs October 14 141.2 lbs total loss 2.8 I am very happy with this loss considering I have had a slow running week and it was Thanksgiving here last week. I am more than 1/2 way to my monthly goal.

Oct 1st 144 Oct 8 143 Goal loss 5 pounds. Not a great loss, but a loss none the less. Congrats to everyone who lost weight. I am hoping to make it through Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada with no weight gain.

Once a week, on Friday mornings on the same scale. If I weigh myself every day I tend to be too obsessive about the number. I find that if I weigh on Friday mornings it keeps me on track for the weekend.
