    Hello, I am new not only to this challenge, but also to this website. Do you have any advice where to start in order to start losing weight? Maybe someone has a good meal plan or workout to share? Or any tips?

    I’m lmterested recovering from shoulder surgery so eating healthy and losing weight without exercise until I recover .. took me a month to lose 6 lbs .. but I’m happy with that until I can exercise again 😉

    Checking in: I'm a daily weigher but record my weight here each week on a Wed, so don't want to get too obsessed!
    Oct 2 95kgs (209lbs)
    Oct 10 93.8kgs (206.4) = 2.6lbs down

    All things considered.. I'm happy to be back on track.
