At least I didn't gain this week! Eating habits are getting back to normal5 -
I really had difficulty posting this due to the gains, thus the delay. On the 24th, my weight was up to 148.5 and now I’m up to 150. I have enjoyed the holiday foods far too much. However, I know these few pounds will drop off fast and then my remaining ten will be, sadly, excruciatingly slow, and yet I will soldier on! I wish everybody a wonderful new year and meeting your fitness goals.

Awe thank you! I did try for the most part but had a few slip ups which is normal. You can do it, just don't give up on yourself!1
