    Highest Weight Ever: 253 (2014/2015)
    Original MFP starting Weight on this current journey: 235.0 (Jan 11, 2018)

    Challenge Starting Weight: 174.0
    Challenge Goal Weight: 154.5
    Challenge Ending Weight: TBD

    My Plan: To lose 1.5 pounds per week for 13 weeks (19.5 lbs total) and end at 154.5 on Christmas Eve Morn. Then I want to enjoy my Christmas Eve night with family, wake up on the 25th and listen for Santa’s sleigh bells. I will CAREFULLY enjoy myself between Christmas and New Years and reassess on January 1st and get busy with the final leg of my plan.

    Final Goal: To weigh 145 by Valentine’s day.

    Oct 15 - 175.4 Oops I did it again.

    Oct 22 - 177.8 Went to DBs to help him after surgery. Enjoyed big city with big food. Calories I controlled pretty well. Carbs got me badly. Next week I will attempt to post in the color red instead of the color green. I will be food prepping today!

    Oct 22 - 124.8 I appear to be going backwards :/ Not surprising, since I went to a food festival yesterday.... Gotta remind myself that just because it's a "special occasion" or whatever excuse I want to use, doesn't mean I have to shove food into my pie hole like the Apocalypse is coming. This time of year has tons of "special occasions" and that mindset is not going to help matters.

    Final Goal (of this push): To weigh 180 by Valentine's Day :heart:
    By Christmas Eve: 195 :cookie:

    Works out to an average loss needed of ~2.6 lb/week for my V-Day goal but would like to stay ahead of it and make 195 by Christmas to average 2.9/week and would still be on track if I potentially backed down to 2.2 average after that.

    Oct 08 - 228.2 (average of 8208 steps/day with two particularly bad depression days this week :disappointed:)

    ACTUAL START DATE:
    Oct 15 - 226.8 (average of 10,734 steps/day, 3 gym days!)
    Oct 22 - 225.3 (Average steps 9404, 2 gym days since I spent the weekend out of town but aiming to step it up this week and invited my bf along tonight!)

    I’m going to jump in mid challenge. I lost quite a bit before the summer, burnt out, and now back to being motivated and finish what I started. Over the last month, I made a new account to start tracking again and have been working out everyday but it’s taken a several days to get consistent about eating in a caloric deficit. Ready to get this done and gone.

    Late start so can I do 8 weeks till Christmas?
    My goal is to get closer to my healthy weight range and to build my upper body strength.
    I will aim for 5 kg between now and Christmas - I would love to be around 70kg at the end of the challenge.

    My aim was for 1kg a month so I've done that, just! The scales have been up and down all week and I have learned that I need to be more accurate with my calorie counting, but pleased with my result this week.
    Hope everyone is doing well, less than 2 months to christmas now!!
