I've found that if I overexert myself (over 170 BPM for me) I get a migraine, but if I keep the intensity lower, I don't get one. My Fitbit has been very helpful in avoiding migraines, as I have an approximate idea of what my heart rate is. Drinking a lot during the workout is important too.

I've been binge eating for about 6 months now, and I'm so upset with how I look. I also feel like I'm watching myself binge, and it's one of the worst experiences I've ever had, there's no control there whatsoever.

5'1" here. I got down to 119lbs, but I'm 134lbs at the moment and it's really obvious... I totally get you.
