HI everyone. I've been off and on my fitness pal for years. But I'm hoping now I can remain consistent with this system! I had my 3rd child 2 years ago and am now at my heaviest of 209lbs. So when I saw losing 50lbs in this group I'm all for it to give it a good honest try and hopefully help support others as well.
