I agree with the "find something else to do". If you are home - get out of the house. Go for a walk or a drive - do anything for about 20 minutes to get your mind off it. I wouldn't sweat it. My guess is it is just the high white carb intake. Don't weigh yourself more than once a day either. Your weight is going to fluctuate - you will drive yourself crazy!
