I started C25K in June. At 40 yrs old, I didn't think this was possible for me.

I'm not new, but I would love to have more mutually supportive friends. So far I've lost over 50 pounds and I'd love to cheer on other folks in their journey.

My Garmin tracks all my steps and gives me the appropriate amount of calories burned. With that said, if I don't do enough steps during the day to earn my minimum daily calories (calculated by MFP), it will take some away just as easily.

I'm starting my 10th week of Turbofire, and I absolutely love it!! I look forward to my workouts each day. So far I've lost 26 pounds on this program.
