Lost 60 between Dec '16 and Sept '17. Gained back 20 between Sept '17 and Nov '18. Need to start back to lose that 20 again with a goal timeline of May '19 in time for a trip I'm planning.

I only record weight on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. I sometimes find myself checking it other days, but I only record those two. Find something that works for you and stay consistent with it.
