Girl I need your mindset, I gave myself a year and I am at a point that I am tired of the extra weight. I had my daughter on 1/28 at 195, im down to 170 now but still need to lose the 20 lbs to pre-baby and 30 lbs to ideal weight. Great work!

my husband was just telling me the same thing the other day. I LOVE honey crisp apples and he said he gets sooo hungry after eating an apple it defeats the point of eating at as a snack.... i had packed it in his lunch. wonder why that is?

DORITOS and RANCH DRESSING not together but those two kill any day of calorie counting. i can fit in beer or pizza and crap like that by portion control BUT sall bets are off with controlling my portions of chips or ranch dressing. :sad:

agreed about calorie intake, if you can just take it day by day and log everything to keep accountability, it will get easier. It starts off mentally challenging and will piss u off at times, BUT it does get easier and to me even becomes a game that I have to win. I still slack off but the point is you keep trying.…

i have this problem too, mostly because i smoke trees but its binging nonetheless. I have to force myself to drink water to get thru it. I also find that a handful of nuts, I prefer almonds or walnuts, help A LOT! Throw in fruit like an orange, pear, grapes or whatever you like and it takes it mostly away. Im not a big raw…
