Did you know you can back date a post if you miss a day. Just go back to the day you missed and post everything. It will continue your streak if you do that.

I got a Nike sweatshirt that I loved but one of my friends made fun of the colors. Low and behold my very wealthy brother had given me a women’s sweatshirt he found on clearance at tjmaxx.

This morning I grabbed a pair of jeans I stopped wearing years ago because they were way too tight. Fearing the worst I was pleasantly surprised when I got into them fairly easily. Woohoo!

I have hit my 10,000 steps for 64 straight days. Actually averaging almost 15,000. Haven't lost any weight but I feel better. Using walking as a mild form of meditation almost everyday.

Made it 5 miles today on a run. Longest run in a long time

I kicked all soda before turkey day. Only coffee and a little tea for me now. Can't believe it was as easy as it was to quit.
