@coccolino30 go gentle on yourself mama, a new baby is a big adjustment and 15 weeks is so young. Small goals and you'll get there. I'm adding you!
-
@kineticthinker congrats on quitting smoking
-
-
Friday weigh in for me too! Good luck
-
@beccahun1 one step at a time!! Smaller goals is the way to do it. Adding you now!
-
@Mward614 I feel like I hijacked your idea so I made you a leader, make whatever changes to the group
-
Hey everyone! Sending you all requests here too. I have 70 to lose and would love support. I have no idea how to start a group but if I figured it out would you all be interested?

@1fit_mamma How goes the sugar detox mama? I feel your pain on the withdrawal, I could never commit to a detox but since getting healthier I miss and crave it a lot. My 7 month old is just getting into a sleep schedule so I was using sugar constantly to keep me going during the day after being up all night Be gentle with…

That's me! 6.2lbs after my first week but I worked hard so I'm taking it!

Love love love my crockpot!!! I am obsessed with the website skinnytaste.com and she just released a cookbook skinnytaste fast and slow full of slow cooker recipes
-
Congrats! You look great!

You can always check your macros to see if you need more protein or fibre as examples and take cues from there. I love having some cheese or milk to fill up my calorie count. However with a stomach bug maybe dairy won't help you!

I weigh in Friday morning, and it looks like my body is in shock from its first week of healthy accountable eating habits Starting weight - 246.2 Current weight - 246.2 January 6 - 240 (down 6.2) January 13 January 20 January 27 January Goal - 240 Ultimate Goal - 170

@am_ 2lbs is totally reasonable, you're back at it so that will come off in no time!
-
Feeling the exact same way. Like I'm just ready to destroy all my goals. My first week is done Tomorrow so I'm weighing in in the morning and I'm actually excited!! Nothing better then feeling in control though
-
@1fit_mamma i say the same thing about moms with three! I'm done with two though, all I can handle!! Meal planning is my life! I'm a former weight watcher and had huge success with the program before my lifestyle changed and I've never gotten back into the groove. I'm most successful when I do a weekly meal plan and prep…

@cerise_noir I've heard halo top is trying but we have complicated dairy regulations. I have no idea what the Coke Zero hold up is
-
It's actually getting ridiculous. I also learned of halo top ice cream yesterday, another not for Canadian treat. What the helllllllllll
-
im sorry. Did you say Vanilla Coke Zero?!?! What magic is this?!?! American magic I cannot get in Canada no doubt. You just blew my mind with the fact this exists I love everything diet pop and likely won't ever stop drinking it. About 2 cans a day. More if I could get my hands on Vanilla Coke Zero
-
I love breakfast and eat it everyday. If you haven't yet maybe look into overnight oats. About a million ways to mix them up and they're really easy to take to work and eat at your desk.
-
Bless you mothers of three kids! I have two, my youngest only 7 months, and I can't imagine adding another to this chaos lol!! Your goals are totally achievable and realistic! You got this. Feel free to add me, I'd love a friend in Scotland ;)

Jeans!!!! When I lost this weight the first time I bought two pairs of denim I felt amazing in, I wore them both a couple of times before they got a bit too tight. I hung them up thinking I'd lose the weight soon and here we are, 8 years later. I'm actually not sure if I'll even like the style anymore but I want to get…
-
I'd love to be added. Im 33 and I have about 70 to lose! Would love the support of a group
-
I love this soooo much! Thank you for the post. We're a few years away from taking our family to Disney but it's a dream of mine and being able to do it and feel great and chase the kids and not blow my diet. You look amazing! Congrats on the loss
-
Ohhhhh Onederland!!!! I have 46 lbs to get there so it may take longer but would love the support of others!
-
Hey Sarah! I have about 70 to lose too. My kids are 7 months and 2 years and now that we're done having kids I really want to have them learn better habits and have a good role model in me! Very excited and motivated, but would love the support. Feel free to add me.
-
So many similar goals here! I'm a mom of a 2 year old and a 7 month old and now I want to get healthy to chase them and enjoy an active life! I'm at 245 and want to get down to 170. We can absolutely do this! Feel free to add me.
-
If you work hard I think 80lbs in a year is totally doable. I've done it before. Just work towards small monthly goals so it's not overwhelming! It's what I'll be doing

Previously I had logged breastfeeding under activity, that worked for me without changing the calorie amount?
