I'm 5'0, 113.5 lbs (have lost 33). I still have a c section pooch unfortunately. It's the reason I'm continuing to work to lose weight, holding out a slim hope that it'll go eventually!

Ontario!

I enjoy using Dumbbells at home, and I use fitness blender videos! Lots of variety/levels of challenge.

I still have it, sadly. I am 116.5lb, 5'0 and I have lost 30 lbs. At this point, I am pretty happy with my body, with the exception of that damn stubborn pouch.
-
Great start, you look awesome!

I second fitness blender! Tons of variety and accessible for all fitness levels. I use it for strength training 3-4 times a week.

I had one nearly 3 years ago. I have lost some weight, down to 119 lbs from 146.5 (I'm 5'0). I'm now fairly happy with my body, except for that stubborn c section pooch. I'm going to keep working on losing weight in the hopes that it will finally disappear but to be honest, I'm losing hope.

I've lost it in my legs first... then arms and face. My sad c section tummy has lost some for sure, but still has some catch up to do. It's the last area I am really needing to lose from, I'm happy with my other parts. Since we can't spot reduce I just need to keep on doing what I'm doing and hope I progress in that area.

I started at the end of November 2016, and am down 21.5 lbs, from 146.5 to 125lbs. I am aiming for another 5-10lbs. I'm 5'0, 34 years old. The thing I am most proud of is how I have improved my physical fitness and I've grown to really love working out!
-
I'm also 5'0! I started at the end of November at 146.5, and I'm now at 128lbs. I seem to have stalled though, at the moment. I count calories and exercise 5 days a week.

You look great! I have similar stats but a bit shorter. My goal is to get to where you are, so 10 more pounds to go!

I just started the 30 DS yesterday. I will also be doing a 30 minute walk at lunch and a bit of yoga a few times a week. I have to say, my arm are super sore today after level 1, day 1. I used 8 lb weights. What weights are you all using? (Obviously we are all different, just curious!).

I get up just after 5, have some water only, then start my workout right away. Then I shower and get ready for work, then eat when the rest of the house is up. Like you, I was trying to workout once my boys were in bed and it was hard. I was exhausted and it felt like a chore. I now love my morning workouts! It energized…

Congratulations! You look wonderful!!

I use YouTube and I love Team Body Project and Yoga With Adriene.

For those that joined... are there a variety of workouts with strength training with weights? I think there are only one or two of those on YouTube, and I would love more.
-
I have been doing these workouts on YouTube! I am also considering subscribing. I find them enjoyable, I like the trainers, and I actually look forward to doing it. To me, that is worth the money! Would love to hear more from people who have signed up!

I get up at 5:15 to do my workout. I set up my workout clothes on my nightstand the night before, which I find makes it easy to roll out of bed and throw them on... no need to fumble around in the dark and disturb my sleeping husband! Then I head downstairs, pee, drink some water and do my workout (using YouTube).…
