  • Okay thanks everyone! This is helpful. I might try some yoga a few times a week, more protein and water and try some Epsom salt baths! Fingers crossed! And I know crossfit has a terrible stereotype but I actually really enjoy it! I don't do it for results I do it just because it's fun
  • Ah it cut me off sorry! My question after this was is there anything I can do to recover quicker? Any foods I should be eating or anything else? My body isn't getting use to the exercise because I don't go regularly enough lol working on that this year!
