Damn, girl! That's good stuff. I've done stuff like 20 push-ups and/or air squats every hour on the hour. But you got like an office circuit set up for yourself, lol! Good stuff. Way to keep moving!

If this is the beginning, it's probably just water retention. Depending on how long you've been working out, it could be muscle too, as muscle is heavier than fat. Definitely nothing more annoying or discouraging than to start a workout plan to lose weight, only to see the numbers go up. I get it. But trust the process --…

I'd shoot for Insanity. It's an excellent workout for beginners or advanced. If it feels to difficult or too easy, just adjust your intensity to accommodate your fitness level.

I have TRX at home that I love, it's fun and effective. I have a heavy bag hanging in my basement for punching and kicking (I'm a martial artist) which is my favorite thing to do if I'm trying to go at home for 45-60 minutes. P90X and even the 90 YogaX are great. Insanity is excellent for cardio and requires very little…

For P90 or Insanity, usually barefoot but it depends the floor and how good that traction is. I prefer barefoot though. Unless I'm running outside, then I like shoes. :)

While I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian now, I can tell you that I was a vegetarian from 2011-2012 and that was the absolute healthiest and best I have ever felt. All it took was a little bacon, which eventually lead to some chicken wings that got me off track, lol! That and a lack of self control. ;) I try to stick to more…

Colorado's in the house, lol! I'm actually in Germany right now but my house is still in Colorado. :) Best of luck accomplishing all of your goals!

That's awesome! What a great feeling! Stay at it! I've definitely felt that way before. I've done martial arts my whole life and used to be an elite level athlete. When I was 22 years old, I had the opportunity to move and begin training full-time with the top athletes in the country (or the world in some cases). Training…

Keep your head up girl! You wouldn't be posting here if you weren't ready to make a change. My weight fluctuates quite a bit when I'm going through difficult times. I'm generally a pretty healthy guy and have worked out all my life. However, I know I'm an emotional eater. Food is my comfort, as it is with many people. It's…

Hi there! I don't necessarily go with the goal of burning 1000 calories. However, depending on what I do, it can be fairy easy or very difficult, also depending on how much time I want to spend. If I only have an hour to burn (literally, haha...so cheesy) and I want to burn a high amount of calories, I'll just run on the…
