Skinny Taste is on my menu tonight. IP beef, tomato and pasta soup. I often separate the pasta in recipes like this so I can control the quantity. Kids want more and I want less so win win. I agree with sugar it is getting over the hump. I also found probiotics help but I still fall down the rabbit hole just not as bad as before without a good probiotic.
