  • Hello, please count me in, too! 44 yo mum of 4, I want to lose at least 30lbs. Never dieted, am clueless! I bought myself a Leaf fitness tracker, so 10k steps a day is a start for me. And the food diary, oh dear I eat more than I thought! Am also doing Veganuary, so lots of veggies for me!
