  • My best friend and I do 10lb incentives and we only look 20lbs ahead at a time to not overwhelm us. We each lost a lot of weight back in 2013 but, unfortunately, life happened and we gained some back so we are starting again. 10lbs is a mani/pedi and 20lbs is a night out at a local comedy show!
