Awesome that you are getting healthy! As for me actually my motivation is Panama City this summer. I have lost 5 pds an have 25 to go. I have now lost total 5.5 pds back up to 3,169 steps today. Walked outside from a sign an back. Really happy with myself lol

Weighed an I have lost 4.1 so excited. My sister on her way to losing 50 pds an my oldest daughter (20 yrs old) on her way to losing 20pds. Guess we have made it a family thing lol today is suppose to be cheat day not sure I want to now lol Have A Blessed Day Everyone!

It's 6:53 pm I have walked a total of 3,167! It's been hard today not feeling well. Tummy virus is rampant around here. I hope and pray I'm not getting it. Everyone Have A Blessed Night!

Just a thank you to the ones who encourage me thru this process. I'm walking over a mile a day now just in my home. That is a hugh thing for me since I am not able to walk much. I pace it out up and down my hallway so many times thru the day. Them steps add up!

Ok not sure if this will help but here goes. I suffer from PTSD, Major Depression, Bi-Polar. Yep so I gained 30 pounds in past year. Some meds cause weight gain others don't. My motivation is I want to walk my daughter down the aisle in 2 yrs when she gets married. Oh did I mention I have social anxiety an don't walk well…

Well I wanted to walk about my home a mile today. Since I walked 3/4 mile yesterday. I made it to .86 miles. Wasn't to far off. Maybe tomorrow.

Joining 1. Nutrition goals. Stay around 1200 a day. Lower fatg in my daily routine. Lose 30 pds 2. Fitness goal. Walk up to 10,000 steps 3. Stats 145pds want to be 115 pds.
