hi all, I have done the previous challenge and it has really helped me to lose weight (5kg!!!!)as I felt accountable. So I would like to do this challenge and continue making progress :smiley:

I managed to reach my goal and feel very happy about it! I was doing the calculations of my weight loss for this challenge and it helped me realise what I have achieved : this challenge has been very helpful to me , I am definitively in for another one as I would like to lose the same weight again to reach my objective.

Hi all, i've been very busy these past weeks and haven't been able to prepare meals, go to gym enough etc; so this week my goal is to go back to weighing everything, go to the gym 3 times..get back on track...
