  • I know what you mean about the wine..I enjoy mine wine too. But I have changed my wine intake habits to include my 24 ounce Starbucks cup of H2O with my glass of wine. If I pour a glass, I pour a 24 ouncer of water too. And I have to finish both if I want to have another glass of wine. I rarely have a second glass.
