48 here, and oh where did the years go? kids are grown and i'm just trying to get a bit healthier. Started c25k app this week. legs are sore but happy.

want to drop a few more pounds to hit my goal. i have come close, but have not hit it yet. Started jogging this week. I have not done that since the 1980s....lol best of luck to all!

I confess that I often do not eat enough, and then wonder why I feel low energy. I will try to eat the calories that I should eat and try not to achieve my weight goal too quickly.

Did 80 push ups today, ( in 5 sets), but I can tell that after a little work, the strength of younger days can return. I'm not in a hurry, and I'm not trying to impress anyone but me. Rubber arms, but feeling pretty good.

47 and getting started again after my wife lost 65 + lbs over the past year. I have not had a weight issue to speak of, but ready to get in a bit better shape. My dad died at 71 (7 Yrs ago this month) . I am setting at about 186 and would like to see the low 170s.
