You can do it!! I was fitted for a bridesmaid dress for my brother's wedding and almost didn't fit. You need confidence and determination! That's what got me through.

I don't like to run outside when it's cold, but I've got a 5k in March so it's time to get training! It's good to schedule things in advance like races cause it forces me to get in shape cause I want to do well. Good for everyone and their running goals!

Feel the same way! I weigh less than I did in high school, but 5 years later I still don't feel healthy. Would love to feel better about myself. I'm here for ya!
