Thanks everyone.. I will look for the thermogenic at gnc. I should have added more information about my sleeping patterns ect but I normally get a solid 6 to 8 hours nightly. I feel I eat a nutritionally sound diet. I'm increasing my water and adding in more green tea and a little less coffee. I just feel general fatigue…

Like everyone says, veggies, in huge amounts. Packed with fibre and alot of deliciousness when done right. I made tons of brothy soups with diced veggies (of anything I want/have) its filling because its mainly water and spices- broth but the veggies add crunch and more flavour. Its filling as you can eat alot of it!!

I enjoy tea, just regular tea with nothing in it. There are SO many flavours of tea you can find. Some even mimic coffee ;). As for in my coffee I use vanilla almond creamer, its 45 cals for my coffee (2 tablespoons) and I find the vanilla flavour is good enough, so I dont half to add sugar.

I would just use whole eggs.. personally. Or I have seen some protein pancakes people use with egg whites before.
