Dont stop to use the calories from activity, just use a menor value. For me for example, if i play futeboll and spend 1.000 calories, i just use 25¨% so 250 calories. Look, if you remove all calories from exercie, you probably will stop to do exercises, so use tha calories, but not all calories, just a parto of them.
