I learned that as long as I get back up after falling down I have already won. I learned that I need to be selfish when it comes to my health. I learned I can't rely on validation from others to keep me going. I learned that calorie counting can make you second guess other things in your life.

1) I want to try the elliptical at the gym again but I'm scared I will only last 5 min like last time. 2) I need Halo Top to make a Key Lime flavor 3) My downstairs neighbor is really really loud. I totally need a house.

I have had this happen under my boobs just about every summer *sigh* I do the wash with mild unscented soap then make sure you get it really dry. During the day I put cornstarch to keep it dry and at night I use the athletes foot cream. It takes a few days but it usually clears up.

Good to know I am not the only one who calls is Shark Week :D As to the OP... It's not about "cheating" it's about finding something that fits your needs and your goals. I am under 100g of carbs per day (not net). I usually want ice cream... so instead of Ben and Jerry's I have Halo Top Salted Caramel . It fits my macros…

I was hungry all the time for the first 3 weeks. For me I stuck with it because I needed to retrain myself what was an acceptable portion. I am only almost 7 weeks into this and I still get really hungry in the morning but that is about it. I am actually get that full feeling after meals now. I agree with others that maybe…

I have a Fitbit Charge 2. I love it. I have a desk job. So it does help me keep walking in mind. I go to the furthest bathroom and take the long way back. I don't eat back my calories only because it gives me overly high amounts for calories burned. I will walk around me house or go take out the trash to try to meet my…

Magnesium and B vitamin because my neurologist said to for migraines. Multivitamin because my GP says to. Fiber pills every once in a while because it helps you go.

Drink LOTS of water with it. LOTS of water. It worked pretty well for me.

I didn't like WW because most fruits and veggies are free and I have a huge problem with carbs/sodium. I would spend a lot of time eating "free" foods that didn't have a lot of nutritional value. I found that I didn't learn about nutrition or what my body needs. I find that this time using MFP I am meeting my calories and…

Are you allowed to swim? It would let you move your legs but low impact and less stress on your body.

I confess that compared to everyone on the last few pages I am boring and need to get out more.

Raspberries are good. 1 cup has 65 calories, 15 carbs & 8 grams of fiber.

Okay... so maybe I am not a low carb person after reading all the comments. I am more about balanced eating. I try for a 1:1 ratio on meals (1 carb: 1 protein). Try to make sure I get in most of my fruit and veggies. I try not to go over 100 carbs-I don't do the whole net carbs thing.
