Here's mine Seaweed/ kale chips Greek yogurt ( low sugar) Boiled egg Fruit salad ( small boil the pick at ) Veggie sticks with hummus Plain popcorn I won't say cheese slices or strings , waste of cal unless it's cottage Almonds up to 7! Cherry tomatoes Veggie straws up to 20 ( yumm) 2 piece of dark chocolate

I've cut off sugar , and it feels great The only sugar I need is from fruit .

Lettuce wraps are the way to go!! Been doing that for the past 6 months Awesome U can Lettuce wrap deli, hamburgers , tuna salad etc
