I've had three kids and lost 70lbs And I do lots of core building exercises .... And trust me when I say this , nothing will tighten Lose skin except a comestic surgeon And me too after the third I got the most damage But it's ok ! We earned it !

Like the Above said, you've already taken the first step! It will take time . Slow and steady wins then race remember! Just eat a healthy diet ( raw is the best way to go) and try to get some exercise in if you can and you will see the progress! You got this!
