Making a packing list of clothes I might need for a vacation, I was thinking of buying a few new things to take with me... until I realized I was smaller now than the sizes I was picking with no plans to stop and smell the roses anytime soon! I'm saving the money for a thrifting spree in about 20 lbs instead. :)

A shirt that used to be too tight on me is a lot looser now. It's comfy.

I see my doctor in about one month and I want to lose a good chunk of weight before I see them again (like, 8-10 lbs or so). I want to prove to them that I'm making a positive change and pushing myself to get healthy. Also... I'm going to some fun concerts and events this year so I want to fit into some cute clothes!…

Plain Ruffles chips with ranch dip... I could down a family sized bag by myself on the right evening.

While I have not been told if I've got insulin resistance going on, I do have PCOS and am turning to my diet and weight loss to try and lessen some of the symptoms. I know cutting all carbs would be very hard for me (and I'd be super likely to binge eat anything along those lines), so I'm not eliminating them, but…

Day Commitments: Track every bite that goes into my mouth today. Even if I go over my calorie limit, I need to get some accountability going. Do at least 10 minutes of WiiFit step. It might not sound like much but I'm in a ton of pain and want to keep it pretty light.

I'd order the wings I was looking at on DoorDash earlier. With cheese fries and ranch dressing. Yum. And probably a maple bar donut.

Here I am, serially starting again. Pushing for this to be my longest rodeo.... Y'know, one that lasts for the rest of my life. I finally got some health issues diagnosed, and all of them can be improved with diet, exercise, and the weight loss that follows. So, back onto the bronco I go. Today I'm at about 1280 calories…

Ugh. Chocolate. The Halloween candy has officially made its way to my workplace and I'm trying to avoid it like the plague. But dang... That Dove keeps looking back at me... I'm not gonna give in- not today!!!

I face chronic back pain due to a medical condition that is in a really bad flare right now, so I'm trying to make strides while being gentle with myself. Your face might not be naturally round even if you think it is! Finding out that I have a heart shaped face, not a round one as I lost more weight was quite the discovery.

I've started making overnight oats and those are pretty awesome. Also, went to QFC yesterday and found out that Bolthouse Farms makes a ranch dressing that's only 45 calories for a decent serving and I'm thrilled. Most ranch is more than double that!

Gimme a whole pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream right about now, ugh.

I've logged my meals for a whole 33 days now! It feels like it's just flown by. I'm not doing perfectly, I still eat over my calorie guidelines often but I've maintained a deficit most of those days and I'm so proud of myself for being honest with my logging. I'm managing my mealtimes well, and only keeping healthier foods…

Laying on my side, I can really feel my hipbones now!!! And yesterday, I realized I could run/walk a mile in under 15 minutes. That's faster than I've ever been! I kinda lost my mind a little when I saw that on the treadmill.

I bought a Walnut Cookie Butter at the store the other day and I could just sit and eat it with a spoon. It's 30 calories less than the peanut butter I'd normally go for and I've eaten it on toast for the last two mornings because I love it so much.

Avocado isn't all that great. It's good in quacamole or when it's seasoned well but eaten straight it's just kinda meh.
