You need to eat healthy foods for the rest of your life or else you will gain the weight back. Think of it not as a diet but a lifestyle change. You have to eat healthy to have a happy healthy life. Hi. I am 40 years old. I have 2 kids.I lost 50 lbs. in 5 months but I have another 25 to go. Take it one day at a time and set small goals -they help you get to the big goal! You can do it!

Hi. I too have diabetes. I cut sugar and salt and changed my eating habits and walk or jog for 1 hour everyday. I have lost weight and feel healthier! You can do it!
