What brand is the bar in the photo? I liked Fit Joy's limited edition peppermint bark and frosted gingerbread bars a couple of years back, but they didn't release them last year. I'm hopeful about the bar in the photo and the gingerbread ON bites!

I found the cauliflower pretzels at Sprouts and tried them last month. I was curious even though @pancakerunner said they weren't very good. I love, love, love both cauliflower and pretzels....I hate, hate, hated these and threw them out. They had a terrible aftertaste that lasted (no exaggeration) for hours and hours.

I bought them at Safeway.

I tried the Masala flavored ones. Great crunch, nice spice! Definitely buying again and trying the other flavors.

These are excellent. Great crunch and texture, just the right about of salt and bbq flavoring.
-
It also fills 6 slots of a mini bundt pan with great results!

Walden Farms pancake syrup is a staple for me. I use it in all sorts of things, sweet and savory. I used to only use real maple syrup, but it's too calorie dense and high sugar to fit into my calorie goals on a regular basis. It's easy to find Walden Farms in many stores where I live and I can find it on sale for around…

My ninja makes fantastic fluff!! I found using the smoothie program 3 times (sometimes 4) in a row is perfection. 3-4 minutes of total blending time and it fills the entire pitcher. It's super easy to clean too, but watch out for those blades!! The are super sharp and I cut myself twice early on when I was washing & drying…

Your recipe makes 12 perfect mini donuts. The weighted single serving size of the jam, which is the equivalent of a TBSP, surprisingly fills the 12 holes (not super generously) and adds a nice punch of sweetness and flavor. It’s definitely a delicate recipe, but yields great results.

I haven’t been able to find these in any stores yet. I still have the free coupon to try them that someone here posted the link to a while back.

The one serving of marmalade was split between all 12 mini donuts and it was the perfect amount
-
Made a batch with orange extract and cinnamon in the batter and one serving of low sugar orange marmalade in the centers when they came out of the oven (25 extra calories for tons of extra sweetness and flavor!)

Mine came out excellent using that exact recipe. I thought they had a great texture! They were light and airy and delicious. I was very careful to maintain the volume in the batter, used a mini donut pan, and cooked them a few minutes longer.

This is fantastic! Super rich and creamy base with a delicious mango swirl. I’m definitely buying again and trying their other flavors!
-
Baked another batch today with some cocoa powder and raspberry extract. They were excellent! It looks like the flavor possibilities with these are going to be endless!

I used a mini donut pan. The batter perfectly filled the 12 sections. It was a very easy to work with batter. I'm super impressed that such a simple and easy recipe can yield such good results. I could have taken them out of the pan a little more carefully for a more uniform donut look, but I thought they looked really…

crazyravr’s delicious donut recipe!

I finally made this recipe this afternoon! They came out beautiful and were delicious. I’d have a hard time believing something this good could be so low calorie if I hadn’t made them myself! Exactly as written (baked for 12 min instead of 10) it made 12 amazing little mini donuts. I added a really nice spice blend…

I often buy the salted caramel and cake batter (when I can find it) Arctic Zero for $1.99 at grocery outlet. I honestly enjoy it. The texture is always creamy. I wouldn't have it as often if it cost more than that, but for the amount of calories I think it's a very nice treat. I'd definitely choose Enlightened over Arctic…

@Noreenmarie1234 They are true mini donut size, not super tiny. I was thinking they’d be really great with a little ice cream! I took the Go Raw survey. I’ve been eyeing their products at the grocery store for a while. Thank you for the link!!

Carl’s Jr/ Hardee’s Froot Loop mini donuts, excellent!! Totally worth the 320 calories!
-
Do you have Sprouts near you? That’s where I was finally able to find most of the new enlightened flavors (still haven’t found glazed donut, which I really want to try). The manager at Safeway said he’d order the new flavors, but they’ve never come in. Also, if you have grocery outlet near you, Halo Top gingerbread house…

This fluff is from the other day. It was fluffier and creamier than it looks. I used vanilla quest and anise extract. Black licorice heaven! If you like good n plenty, black jelly beans, sambuca, or anything black licorice related, this definitely delivers tons of flavor.
-
Looks like an intricate creation. What’s in it?

I finally got to try the Enlightened movie night and S’mores flavors. I thought the Movie night was really great. They are masters at swirls and mix ins, and that caramel swirl is incredible! Their S’mores is my absolute favorite though. I love marshmallows and that base is amazingly rich and heavenly. I loved the super…

They sent me these a few weeks ago. I tried 3 out of the 6 flavors of bars so far. The orange cream one was my favorite because its flavor was very distinct and balanced. The others were good too, great texture and nice and sweet, but didn’t strongly represent the flavor they were supposed to be. I’m looking forward to…

I’m just picturing batter stuck all over my waffle iron and the sad mess if it doesn’t work, but I’ll have to be brave and try it soon.

I don’t know what kind of sorcery is involved, but the taste and texture of this holds up to real bacon for me. It takes about 20-25 seconds in the microwave for two slices. I love bacon, especially the really good thick cut kind, so my standards are pretty high!
-
That chicken bacon tastes great and really crisps up. It’s definitely a great alternative to regular bacon. I’ve never found a turkey bacon that I like. I want to try out your waffle recipe, but I don’t have coconut flour. I’m going to get some soon, but in the meantime can almond flour be used in the recipe, and if so, do…
