Hey there my name is Shannon and I'm a stay at home mom trying to lose weight. I used to be fit and I was going to school to be a personal trainer. Right now I ha e a 6th month old And two 7 week old puppies that are cattle dogs. I'm looking to drop weight and get fit and looking for a group to join.
