I’ll be focused on calories in with an emphasis on good carbs and protein to feel satisfied. I am going into my third month of P90x but need to ensure NEAT improves. My move trend in apple has decreased over the last 12 weeks so I want to be sure I don’t chill too much after exercise.

I feel you @tishsmith101! I’m back up where I was in September of last year. Measurements are starting to stall and pics aren’t showing much change. I’m downright sick of tracking but I’ve not been successful otherwise. I need to get out of my rut!

I’m still here doing the things. My weight is still bouncing but staying within the same 2-3 pounds. If I could get past this hump, I’d be excited! I’m doing fairly well with not snacking or if I do I have been staying within my calorie targets. Keeping my protein up is helping. Hope everyone is having a nice summer!

7/11-7/12 Up a fourth of a pound, down a fourth. That’s my world these days. I had a snack of nuts after dinner but limited my portion and stayed within calorie goal. Now to eliminate those altogether! Some stress over the last few days contributed to that.

Had a good day today. While I had carbs at dinner, I limited my portion and stayed under calorie goal. I wasn’t as hungry today as normal. Too bad that never seems to last!

7/6-7/8 I just can’t seem to find balance in my choices these days. I have done alright with not snacking the last few days but only because I’ve had one larger meal mid to late afternoon that has upset my stomach, causing me to not want to snack. 7/4-7/5 A couple of better days of being back to calorie goal. That dropped a couple of pounds but not back where I was. I’m off work this week which is a struggle without the structure so I need to plan to stay on track.

7/3 was a total flex day in which I logged nothing and had a miserable stomachache from over indulgence. Today looks to be better or will need to be to remove 4 pounds of water weight I gained over the last two days!

7/1-7/2 I underrate Friday and had decision fatigue late in the day resulting in getting junk at the grocery which lead to overeating. Got it back on track yesterday staying under calorie goal with no snacking all day.

Holy cow, it’s July already? Well, I’m back this month to get it in gear. I’ll keep it basic since I know what needs to be done. Watch portions and eliminate snacking at night when I’m not hungry. I maintained through June so will take measurements early next week to see if anything changed besides no weight loss.

The scale hasn’t moved in months for me but I did lose an inch across measurements since last month and my abs are much more defined. I’ll call that a win and keep trying to budge the scale in the meantime!

Still doing the things and trying to watch portions. The scale decided to cooperate and dropped 2.2 pounds. Weird but I’ll take it. That’s my first loss in several weeks. Maybe this is a start of good things to come.

5/14-5/15 Had a great time Saturday with friends over for boozy brunch so that was a flex day. Sunday was way more controlled and a rest day from exercise. 5/10-5/13 I’m still doing the things and staying active. Food could be better so I’ll be focusing on that next week while going into the office a couple of days. That will require planning but keeps me out of the kitchen! Enjoy the nicer weather!

5/9 I thought I had a pretty good day, a sensible dinner without going overboard, no snacks and closed the kitchen by 7pm. The result? The scale bounced up. Good-ness what a pain in the rear this whole weight loss journey is!

5/4 Shed a bit of water weight after high sodium and heavy lifting from the day before. I also took measurements- went down a quarter inch in the waist and up half an inch in the chest from upping weights (or at least I hope that is the case)! 5/3 Scale is also a jerk for me. I was under calorie budget and still showed an increase this morning. Thanks chicken and broccoli! I am less overall with no snacking in the evening. One day down, many to go.

I too, am in a funk. I think having my schedule be different the last two weeks has me off my game and not eating like I should. I’ll do my best and see where it lands me.

I’m not sure why I am eating like a teenager lately but certainly am not on plan. I need to reflect on the why and see if there is something driving this less than stellar behavior. I’ll keep plugging along and see if I can get this craziness under control.

4/11-4/12 I’ve gotten protein up the last couple of days but it hasn’t curtailed the snacking. I need to get the temptations out of the house and be done with it!

4/8-4/10 I too, took the weekend off from logging as I knew it was just going to stress me out to see those poor choices after drinks with friends. The scale is showing my indulgences as well as water retention from more yard work and weights. Gotta lock the appetite down this week.
