  • You can do it! The walking is a good place to start as that will help you feel better and will help spur on the other changes you want to make. Your Fitbit that you have sounds perfect! Good luck
  • I'm not an expert by any means but it sounds like you have huge goals and lots of them. It may be more manageable to tackle one thing at a time, make realistic goals then you are more likely to achieve then become even more motivated....change one thing at a time. Substitute one glass of Diet Coke a day for ice cold water…
