  • Hiya from beautiful Nova Scotia. I turn 40 this year and want to lose 40 lbs (hopefully before that happens!) My diary is open. I am eating 1200 calories a day and doing quite well with it. I am down 6 lbs so far. Not sure where my current motivation comes from...maybe my before pictures

  • @dannyboy2624 I ate GF for 1.5 yrs for a health issue and swore by the minimalist baker. She has a food blog and has a focus on GF, organic, healthy recipes for all meals and snacks. Just google her.
  • @dancingshooz Instead of a cream sauce boil a head of cauliflower and blend. Reduces fat and adds a healthy punch of veggies.

  • @guitarmanrp Once I got my calorie goal I sat down and googled menu plans and meal ideas and wrote down what appealed to me. I actually plan my meals the day before and start my diary ahead of time since I can always add and subtract as I go. Drinks lots of water and focus on veggies and lean meats. If you are busy mid…
  • 3/4 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup homemade maple nut granola and coffee, keeps me going until lunch :)
