I have went over everything in the health app numerous times and it's all checked. I downloaded lose it to see if there would be an adjustment there for my steps and it gave me 129 extra calories just for my steps today. Something is definitely up. But MFP says it's because I haven't exceeded what they already have built…

See it shows a different number. I think I going to start a post to see if other Apple Watch users experience the same thing.

Again today no credit for my steps. Also another thing I noticed on my homepage it shows the amount of steps I walked that matches what my watch says, then on my diary it shows a different amount. Something is definitely off.

I've actually read a lot about how one should eat at a calorie deficit for 10 to 12 weeks and then eat at maintenance for 2 weeks then repeat until you reach your goal weight. Something about resetting your metabolism.. I was going to eat at maintenance for a week since I wasn't paying attention and under eating which is…

I'm not worried about getting back on track afterwards. I know I will. If I was feeling fine I wouldn't be considering it.

One I didn't manually change my calories from 1390 to 1330. As you lose weight MFP suggests you recalculate your calories every so many pounds lost. I clicked yes and it took me down to 1330. Then it asked again yesterday and it initially took me down to 1274. I then at that point put it back at 1330 for the time being. As…

This is the total average for the past week.

I have Crohns so some days I can't eat a lot without wanting to vomit. It's not intentional.
-
I've always had my settings set to 1 pound loss a week. But I'm definitely going to take a week break.. hopefully I'll gain my appetite back..

This is the past 7 days

I had a Fitbit but the heart rate reading on it was wonky. I really only like the Apple Watch because I can pair my polar chest strap to it when I work out and get a more accurate heart rate reading. Now it's just getting myself to eat. This past month I haven't had much of a appetite. Going back and looking through my…

I know when you get to a certain point and have under a certain number of pounds to lose you should aim for a smaller rate of loss a week. Mines been steadily at 1 pound a week. I kept my activity level set to sedentary but changed my loss to .5 a week. I'm in no big hurry to get the remaining 18 off. It put my calories at…

This was yesterday. I only ate back about 250 of those calories. As 266 of them was synced to MyFitnessPal from working out. I just don't want to start over eating and my weight loss stall. I only have 18.8 pounds left to lose. Again I'm 5'3 and weigh 158.8. But I don't want to feel cruddy either. Some days I feel fine but…

I noticed today it gave me credit of 14 calories for walking 6075 steps. But I went back months worth in my food diary and I may get a very low calorie adjustment on days I don't work out, and on days I do work out and have 8000 to 11,000 steps I do not have a steps adjustment only my exercise is logged. My Apple Watch…

I actually walk at 3mph but for some reason when MyFitnessPal syncs to my Apple Watch it says I walked 2mph

Yeah I know, everything was all good and I felt great up until a month ago. Just seems like it's catching up to me.
-
Yep I take vitamins every day. Always have.

So what about setting it to lightly active? Like I said some days (like today) I may only get in 4000 to 5000 steps sometimes less everyday for a week and then other weeks I may have days I get 10,000 or more 4 days out of the week. It's never consistent. But also on the days I'm waking 10,000 or more steps it does include…

Because I do spend a fair amount of time sitting. Just like today I've only walked 3694 steps. One week I can maybe get 4000 to 5000 steps in a day everyday and another week I may have 4 days I'm 8000 to 11,000. It's never consistent.

I do the elliptical and treadmill for cardio. My Apple Watch counts steps on the elliptical as well. But like today I haven't worked out and I've walked 3,694 so far. I've kept it at sedentary. I did look to see what lightly active gave me calorie wise and it bumped me up to 1464. I also thought about days I don't workout…

This was yesterday. I ate back most of my exercise calories and at the bottom you see 0 for steps adjustment. Only time I ever seen a steps adjustment was one day I walked 15,000 steps and it gave me 3 extra calories. BUT I will throw in there as well the days I do get over 10,000 steps in that IS including a workout so…

I have a Apple Watch and for some reason MyFitnessPal shows how many steps I've taken but it doesn't give me any extra calories. Only thing that automatically records to MyFitnessPal is my calories burned for a workout.

My calorie allowance for the day is 1330 and my settings are at sedentary losing 1 pound a week. I'm 5'3 and weigh 158.8. I've lost almost 38 pounds since January. I use my Apple Watch to track my steps and when I work out I connect my polar chest strap to my Apple Watch. MyFitnessPal shows how many steps I take but it…

I've been doing this for 5 months and have lost almost 38 pounds. Definitely not looking to quit especially when I only have 18 pounds left to lose!
-
How many calories were you consuming in a day?
-
I do eat back about 75% of my exercise calories. It's probably me having it set at sedentary. Some days of the week I'm real active and walk around 10,000 to 11,000 steps or more. Then other days I'm lucky to get in 5000 steps. So to be on the safe side I set my activity level to sedentary. I'm going to continue to leave…

Nope not related. This isn't a tired feeling it's a weak and shakey feeling. I check my blood sugar and it's low but still within normal limits. Yeah when I first started I had my settings at sedentary at losing 2 pounds a week which gave me a calorie allowance of 1200. The first couple weeks I lost around 8 to 10 pounds.…

Actually since my activity has increased my weight loss has become lower 1 pound loss in almost 3 weeks. It's hard to workout for 40 min without feeling weak. Then about 40 min after I eat I feel better. When I was only walking 5000 steps (exercise included) I feel my calories allowance was sustainable. But now that my…
