Good morning y'all :smile: I am now 10lbs lighter since January 4! Yay! So happy! Now only 40 more lbs to go, hahahaha! I have already walked up and down the halfway and stairs for 10 minutes in between classes! My goal is say YES to exercise for 20 minutes everyday this week!

No exercise but I did eat under calorie and tracked everything. I have gained 2.4 lbs over the weekend and dropped 1.2 lbs over the last couple days. Slow progress but I know I can do it :smile:

Praying for your mom and all those love her dearly. Hope your friends, the Tortos, are okay with the freezinf cold weather and enjoy their visit!
