Hi. I'm brand new to this group. I just turned 50 in January and I am focused on a more healthy lifestyle. What advice do you have for me?

I use recipes that I already have and substitute healthier ingredients. I will use a low-fat version of an ingredient, add chopped or pureed veggies, a leaner protein, whole grains. Things like that.
