Why not do both? Jog every other day and increase your walking distance on the other days. I would also add an easy day to give you each a little break.

I tore a bit of tendon in my foot and had to cut back my more vigorous exercises. I now enjoy riding a bike each day. But what I'm really loving is my three time a week water aerobics classes. I'm losing weight and having fun.

Soup, stew or chili in a thermos. There are thermos made especially for soups. I just made a large pot of chili last night. Hardly any liquid to it but full of meat and beans. Sometimes I eat it on a salad like Wendy's taco salad.

I use Yummly too and have found three websites that I use all the time now. Skinny taste.com, Emilybites.com. Both give nutritional info and/or points. And ruled.me.com for low carb with macro and calorie info.

Go to ruled.me website. So many recipes and the creator breaks down the nutritional info on every single ingredient. Amazing! I'm going to make the breadsticks and pizza dip. That's under the snack section.

I like kettlebells too. They give you a great cardio workout along with the strength training. I notice how tight my body becomes when I use them. I gave them up for a time but now with my foot acting up I'm returning to kettlebells. I especially like the Tabata workouts on YouTube.

Hi! I'm 5'3" and 45. I went from 214 lbs to 151 in about 10 months. Then I hurt my foot and gained back 20 lbs resting. I just started back and lost five lbs the first week but gained back one lb this week. I have to start working out again but plan on doing kettlebell workouts until I get this foot seen to. Crockpot recipes. Dump in the ingredients and in 4-6 hours all done and you have lunch for a week. I like the chicken taco chili from skinnytaste.com. It has 10 generous servings and I eat it with rice, tacos or on a salad or rolled up like fajitas.
