Today I made the bacon Brussels sprout au gratin from 12tomatoes.com. Delicious and a definite for our Thanksgiving table. Next in trying the lasagna from dietdoctor.com. We always have that around then too. Oh and I just found a recipe on Reddit for carrot cupcakes and cream cheese frosting.

This morning I made "the only Keto pancake recipe you will ever need" from the website tryketowithme.com. So fluffy and delicious. You wouldn't know they were low carb. I had it with bacon and Walden Farms pancake syrup.

Rao's marinara is my go to for pizza and casseroles. I'm so glad it's easy to find here on Long Island. 3G carbs for half a cup and 1g fiber.

I do count my calories. In the mpg recipe builder the crackers came to 217 calories. Since I allow myself almost 1400 calories a day this fits perfectly and satisfies my need for a snack. I was getting tired of the meat and veg menu. Sometimes simple is tasteless.

Congratulations. I'm also doing keto and loving it. I enjoy the variety of recipes I'm finding. When I first did Atkins years ago it felt so restrictive and boring. Now I'm experimenting and learning so much about food and nutrition. It all feels fresh again and I need that.

As for me, I'm also 5'3" and my highest was 216 lbs. and this morning I'm down to 153. My lowest was 129 about 10 years ago. My calories while losing have been as low as 1200 and currently on keto at 1430. My before picture I'm in blue with really bad haircut.
